Shipping policy
We will try our best to ship out your products as soon as they are ready. We are based in Singapore, and offer free shipping over SGD 32.
Shipping the items out refers to the item being sent out for delivery after the curing/settling process that our products may have.
We may take up to 9 days to process domestic orders, especially if the item you have purchased is being made to order. We also like to ensure quality in the items we make, hence, may take longer for us to ship out your item.
Candles processing time:
Mini Soy and Soy Tin: 3-6 business days
Soy Jar candles: 5-9 business days
Gourmet Soy candles: 5-9 business days
Amber Collection: 5-9 business days
Items besides candles, such as roller blends (including GEM) from the Potion Collection, diffuser blends may take 1-4 business days to be shipped out. All balms may take from 2-5 days to be shipped out after the item has been made to order.
Our drawstring pouches, and bundles will take up to 5 days to be shipped out.
Items that are being personalized may also take up to 9 days to be shipped out.
After the item has been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to see what happens next. If you encounter any problems with your order, kindly reach out to us, and we will assist you. For items that have been cracked (glass jars or bottles), please take photos and send it to us at svcolecciones@gmail.com so that we can look into the matter and get back to you. We provide tracking with orders.
International Shipping
We ship to several countries outside of our home country, Singapore. We do not ship certain items, such as our roller blends (potions), GEM potions, or diffuser blends internationally. Although we do not currently offer free shipping, we have priced our shipping rates affordably.
Items available for international customers:
Select bundles, drawstring pouches, mini and soy tin candles (including GEM), Artisanal Lip balm, Artisanal Vegan lip balm, Vegan balm, Perfume balm, Personalized items excluding Gourmet Soy, Soy Jar candles.
We will provide tracking for all items, shipped out. In the event that we do not provide the tracking information with the order form, we will reach out to you to provide the information via email.
International shipping can take anywhere from 1 week to 9 weeks. In the event that the item does not reach you, kindly reach out to us after 9 weeks, and we will either process a refund, or send a new order to you. This only applies to international customers. We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes payable according to the customs in the country that SVColección is shipping to. These fees will have to be paid for by the customer.
